Trial Policy

The trial includes

• 7 days from the time your account is created, Vietnam time. If you reserved a spot before release: 7 days from the release date.
• Unlimited Facebook scans per day. The app scans over your home network; when Facebook temporarily blocks it, the app pauses for 30 minutes (6 hours if blocked again within 6 hours), then resumes on its own.
• Up to 50 watched videos, refreshed daily on your computer.
• One computer per account.
• Free, no card required, and it does not automatically renew into a paid plan.

When Facebook blocks temporarily

The app scans over your home network. Facebook sometimes temporarily blocks a network that loads too fast. The app pauses, then picks up right where it left off. This doesn't affect your Facebook account, because the app never logs in to Facebook.

How long your computer needs to be on

Refresh jobs wait on the server. The app works whenever your computer is on, usually 30–60 minutes a day. On days your computer is off, the dashboard marks that day's numbers as incomplete.

After 7 days

• The app stops scanning and the website shows a trial-expired notice.
• Your account data is still retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

One trial account per person

Creating multiple trial accounts to extend the trial or exceed the limits is a violation of the Terms of Use.
