Daily product research routine
Updated 11/02/2026 · screenshots from app version 0.6.5
This article helps you do one product research loop a day in SpyWinAds, from getting keywords to picking videos to test.
- Get keywords. Open the SpyWinAds app and go to Keyword scan. Pick keywords from the AI dig, Pinterest Trends or Google Trends tab, or type your own into the Scan basket field. See Get keywords to scan.
- Scan. Click the Scanning button under the Scan basket. The app scans using your home network. The videos it finds appear gradually in the “Videos found so far” panel. See Scan your first keyword.

- Deep dive. You don’t have to click anything. The app automatically digs the videos it just scanned and finds more shops running the same video. Follow the progress in the Deep dive field. See What is Deep dive.
- Read the tabs. Open Potential videos (new videos whose ads are climbing fast), Winning videos (past the testing stage) and Scaling videos (past the Win stage and still pouring in money). Click a video to see its details. See How SpyWinAds divides Win, Scale and Old.
- Scan winning stores. Open the Winning stores. These are the shops running the videos in your tabs. Choose how many shops you want to inspect, then click the Inspect … stores button (for example “Inspect 10 stores”) so the app finds more products from those shops. New videos go straight to the right tab, with a “store” label.
- Mark videos for testing. Open the video you chose and turn on Move to the Test videos tab. The video moves to the Test videos tab and its numbers are refreshed every night. If you only want to keep watching it without testing, turn on Watchlist.

The numbers in the tabs are ad signals, not sales or profit. Many new ads can also mean a shop is testing heavily. Watch the video and the store page yourself before you decide.
