When Facebook blocks temporarily

Sometimes Facebook flags a network as loading too fast and blocks it for a few minutes. The app handles it on its own; you don't need to do anything:

  1. The app pauses all scans for about 30 minutes, then resumes right where it left off.
  2. If it's blocked again shortly after, the app rests longer, about 6 hours, to keep your network safe.
  3. The scan in progress is kept, and no results already collected are lost.
This temporary block only applies to viewing the Ad Library from that network. It doesn't affect your Facebook account or ad account, because the app never logs in to Facebook.

If your dashboard shows incomplete data for several days in a row, contact support.
