These Terms are an agreement between you and ATT ECOMMERCE COMPANY LIMITED ("SpyWinAds", "we", "us") governing your use of the spywinads.com website and the SpyWinAds app. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1.
The Service
SpyWinAds is a platform for analyzing public ads in the Facebook Ad Library. The app installed on your computer scans the Ad Library using your computer's network connection; results are displayed on your dashboard, and public ads are added to the shared library.
2.
Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, provide a genuine email address and keep your password secure.
- Each account may be used on one computer. Pairing a new computer revokes the previous one.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- resell, share or publish data from SpyWinAds in bulk;
- create multiple accounts or tamper with the app to exceed limits;
- reverse engineer or copy the app, or attack or overload the system;
- use SpyWinAds to violate the law, intellectual property rights or Meta's policies.
4.
Data and content
- Ads, videos and images on SpyWinAds belong to their advertisers. SpyWinAds displays them for your analysis; you are solely responsible for any reuse of other people's content.
- Figures (Win, Scale, number of shops, run dates) are estimates based on public data at the time of scanning; they are not guaranteed to be perfectly accurate and do not guarantee profit.
- The free clone tool only reads the public product page you point it to. You are responsible for having the right to use the images and descriptions you put on your store.
- SpyWinAds is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
5.
Trial and paid plans
Trials are governed by the Trial Policy. Paid plans, if any, are subject to the pricing and payment policy published at the time of purchase.
6.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.
7.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SpyWinAds is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or business decisions made on the basis of the platform's figures.
8.
Changes to these Terms
When these Terms change, we update the date at the top of the page and notify you by email of any material changes.
9.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, they shall be settled by a competent court in Hanoi.
